Date & Restore please

Please can anyone give an idea of the date of this photo & age of the mystery man. Its on a postcard with communication on one side and address only on the other.

Hello Nashua
Address bar means post 1902.The man's clothes style suggests
to me somewhere between 1915-20.He has turnups to his
trousers fashionable from around 1910 and a soft collar to his shirt
held with a pin which would indicate a later date.He looks early 20's.

Thanks for your valued opinion. The card isnt actually divided , just headings on each side, if that makes any difference. We thought it might have been one of g grandmothers brothers but the date rules that out as they were born around 1880.
