Margaret Elizabeth b. abt 1850 married a Joseph Hartley and they had a daughter Beatrice B M but she was using surname Mcgurk as Joseph pasted away before she was born. Second husband John Francis Mcgurk and they had a son Francis McGurk b. 1878 Gateshead Durham (my line the McGurks)

Hmm I have an Elizabeth Bulmer born in1 803 marrying  in 1836 to a Henry Marshall on a direct link to me on my Family tree [It was her second marrige]. I have her Fathers name as Richard. Do you know the fathers name of your Thomas Bulmer?
Their only sibling Jefferson was born in 1839 in Scarborough.   

Im thinking there could be a connection
