UK electoral roll sites

Hopefully this does not contravene the board rules, but can anyone recommend a web site for a one-off UK electoral roll search? I would prefer to pay a one-off fee and not get locked into a subscription. The name I am searching for is unusual, so hopefully I should be able to accomplish this task fairly easily (I have already Googled the name just in case there was already a reference outside the rolls). Thanks for any tips shared.

I use www.192.com for modern searches (if that's what you want).  You have to buy a package of credits.
