I am looking for William Henry Starr born 1824, Hertford.  He would be with his wife Mary Ann born 1827 Stevenage.  In 1861 he was a carpenter.

Henry bought my house shortly after it was built in 1853, and then he and William re-mortgaged it together with the house next door in 1855.  William lived in it until he died in 1898 and they appear to have had only the one daughter.
