See what you mean - the search page is headed Unknown and when I tried to search for a birth in 2002 I got the famous "Check back soon" sign

Could be a temporary fault

I have posted a message on the Ancestry Blog about the problem.  The blog is supposed to be checked daily by Ancestry - yeah!!

iv had a response from ancestry about the index. they say they are aware of the problem and their developers are working on it ::)

well it seems that ancestry have come up trumps
you can now search births from 1916-2005
its very good if you havnt tried it yet

well I came over here to find out something about the 1911 Census & saw this - a new index  - wow - thanks perth  :)  :)

In my world the index heading still says 1984-2005 - I guess something has to confuse
