No, BRA...... is the abbreviated place.  The 1841 Census  didnt show the surname maybe its  spelled differently. Thanks

there is a very good index to manx censuses at http://www.iomfhs.im  - follow research link - can you find there ?
(Bra = Braddan)
The nearest name I can think of is De Renzy Major Genl Webb, Malew st in directory with sons at King William's college (see www.manxnotebook.com)
