Hi
William James of the parish of Rockfield was married in 1821 with the consent of parents.
I have checked the transcripts of rockfield on the Monmouthshire freepages site but he does not seem to have been baptized there (nor does his bride Mary Price).
In the IGI there is a Mary Price bapt 1804 Monmouth-Rc and their children also bapt Monmouth-Rc but the Monmouth transcripts have been adding transcripts for some time now so if someone has access to Monmouth transcripts could they please check to see if William was bapt there.

Also the marriage record i have has no parents listed, is there some other record that lists parents.
