The ages look pretty good :D

In 1901, Thomas is 36 and Elizabeth 40
In 1891, Thomas is 27 and Elizabeth 30

Yes Tati it could very well be the correct Marriage. The reason I put "Parish" as such after Cinders is that there is no Parish as such,it being little more than a small township within the Ruabon Parish.

i can't thank all of you enough, I feel certain that this is the marriage of my thomas & elizabeth. as you have said there is a clue in the names of elizabeths sibblings, but also because my father has always told me that he believed they were farmers ( incorrect! ) & lived on " cinders " farm ruabon!
you are all very kind to give up your time to help me, you have made my day!

just another thought, i believe the confusion about lancashire is because i have just found out that my great granfather herbert charles married mildred williams who was in fact born in lancashire.

Looks like James and Jane were taking in lodgers to help make ends  meet, especially if the grandchildren were the sons of Dessymer ( great name)

The next place on the page is Bunkers Hill, this area is very close to the Bersham Heritage Centre.

North Wales BMD  has only one Henry Pugh between 1841/51
