Norris&Penney "John ap John and Early Records of Friends in Wales"

Looking for early Quaker records (ca. 1650-ca. 1720) of Harry Thomas Owen, b. ca. 1630; had joined Quakers by 1662 when he was imprisoned at Montgomery; m. Elizabeth __; d. ca. 1689 or 1690; his son Daniel Harry/Harris immigrated to Pennsylvania 1684.
Does anyone have access to this 1907 book by William Gregory Norris and Norman Penney? I believe it is now in the public domain, but in any event I would of course cite both the book and the helpful individual who helped me access its data.
Thanks for any help you can give me.
