My grandmother was Elizabeth Skinner who married Charlie Phillipps.  My sister remembers her, as well as Lucy, Evelyn and Will and has a photo of the family outside of the house in Skinner's Bottom.

Definitely the same family as I have Elizabeth & Charles  both on my tree along with their 5 sons but that's as far as I can go on the family, I have all of William & Sarah's children & grandchildren but apart from Mary I have nothing else .I have a photo which was Marys here with the family standing out the front of the family home, Mary is standing on the left next to her first husband , in front of her is her father with a small boy, on the photo it has the boy as being a Victor Phillips. If you like I can send you a copy of the photo I have, plus if you wish I can fill in Marys family downwards.
Very pleased to hear from you.

Is the family house still there as I have been trying ( for ages ) to locate it on Google Earth, would so love an address, even a street would help as once I see it I will definitely know the place.

I would love a copy of the photo as well as any family information. If it helps Phillipps is spelt (unusually) with double L & double P. Victor was one of my uncles, along with Max (Ian), Rex & Gerald. Len (or Leo) was my father.
I will ask around & see if anyone remembers the address properly.

Hi, my stepfather was a Pryor (William Barrie) and I still live here in Skinners Bottom, I would love to see the photo as it may be taken outside of the house I currently live in

Barrie Pryor is certainly on my familty tree, from the information I have gathered William Pryor married twice, would love to clarify this as the information I have was handed down from Williams sister who lived in here in New Zealand.

Hi Everyone,

Not sure if anyone will see this as it appears to be an old thread. Recently came to know that I am a close relative to the Pryor family in Cornwall through DNA results, where William Pryor (Born: 6th September 1863 Died: 6th June 1942) continues to pop up across various family trees connected to close and distant cousins found. Unsure of my exact relation to the Pryor family at this time however have found some of William Pryor and Sarah Skinner Sampson's grandchildren showing up as 1st-2nd cousins.

Would appreciate any additional information on the family for those who may have known them and would greatly appreciate any photos anyone might be willing to share of them.

Thanks so much
