think I may have a match for the marriage of William and Ellen from the familysearch index :

Name: William Sunderland
Registration district: Enniscorthy
Record type: MARRIAGES
Registration date - quarter and year: Jul - Sep 1909
Volume: 4
Page: 271

and

Name: Ellen Furlong
Registration district: Enniscorthy
Record type: MARRIAGES
Registration date - quarter and year: Jul - Sep 1909
Volume: 4
Page: 271

its not 100% certain that its a match - but it looks like a very good bet. Enniscorthy is a town about 10 miles to the south of Ferns.

you can use the Names, District, Volume & Page to order a cert from the GRO.

Hi Shanew147

Many thanks for your help.
I was wondering....where did you manage to find that marriage? also could you help me in trying to find the births of My Great Grandparents-William Sunderland & Ellen Furlong?
I have them listed on 1911 census as aged around 20/21 so that gives them a birth year of 1889/1890? it states they where born born Co Wexford, they lived in Ferns-Corbetstown and Kilbora.
Any help would be of most help
Regards

the marriage details are from the familysearch site mentioned ain an earlier post. The searching takes a bit of getting used to...

I'd say the next step is ordering that marriage cert - that will give you father's names for both and a place of residence for the bride & groom at the time of marriage.
