I would be grateful for any help locating the birth/baptism record for Charles Francis Reilly, born 27 November 1903 in (according to family memories) Ballybay. His Catholic parents were John Reilly and Harriet Reilly (née Farrow).

The Registrar General Office in Dublin have no record of him.

I dont know if you've already tried this record but there's a promising result on the new familysearch Civil index for a Charles Reilly in the correct year and quarter  :
