i am looking for the parents of Agnes quarrier formerly bookless

Agnes quarrier was the mother of William quarrier 1829 who founded the quarrier homes in Scotland
he was a famous philanthropist, i am trying to prove that his mothers parents are peter bookless and ann wilson
if any one has any further information on this family, any help would be greatfully appreciated

An Agnes Quarrier or Booklas [sic] died in 1860 in Blythswood, Glasgow. Since both surnames are quite rare I think, it seems likely this is the one you're looking for.  If you purchase her death certificate on SP it should give her parents names.
