Just google worldvitalrecords.com and down the bottom of the page are Terms & conditions.  I could not find anything unusual.
  When you join just give email address and no phone number...you can still get in.

Another way is on the line were it say's 'Terms and conditions' do not tick the box on the left hand side but click on the actual sentence and up pops the terms and conditions.

Can anyone give more info on the WorldVital Records - is it worth going for membership for 12 months.  How does it compare to Ancestry, etc please.
Not searching USA, but the rest is what is interesting.
