WALKER family of Over in Cheshire

I have some information relating to one of the Walker families from Over in Winsford Cheshire.  The Patriarch is William Walker, a Yeoman Farmer.  Most of them lived on Delamere Street in the 1800s. 

The preferred family occupations were butcher, ale house keeper, shopkeeper & saddler.   If anyone thinks they may be linked to the family please let me know & I'll share any info that I have.

I have an Ann Walker in my tree. I am not sure if we are on to the same family or not but my Ann was born in Tilston and her father was William Walker occupation Labourer - according to Anns marriage certificate. She married William Wright also from Tilston. What do you think?

Unfortunately they aren't in my 'tree'.  All mine start in Over & all bar one family stayed within a few miles radius (hence the ease with which they were traced!). The one exception was Joseph Walker who seems to have moved to Chorlton area of Manchester.

That is exactly the same family - how wonderful!.  William the elder died 20/9/1849 but, to date, I have been unable to confirm his parentage.   Edwin Walker was my great great grandfather, John my great grandfather & his daughter Annie was my grandmother.  I also remember Martha Elizabeth & Uncle Tom & aunt Emily.  I am in contact with his grand daughter but have never heard from anyone else from the Walker 'dynasty'.  May I ask how you fit in & whether you need any information I might be able to provide.  Also let me know if you would prefer to contact me on my private EMail or whether you are happy to use this message board.
