Hi,

I'm looking for anyone with info on on the Lake family in Berkshire and Hampshire. Particularely anyone with info about the ancestors of Donald James William Lake b.1921 d.1992. He was my grandfather but I know nothing about his side of the family.
I know that he was both Married and Buried at St.Thomas, Wooton Hill, Hampshire and I know that he was in the army in WWII and was stationed in Italy and I also know that he spent a good deal of his latter life working as a Groundsman at Newbury Racecourse.

Any info around this subject would be much appreciate. Thanks!
