1899 Marriage - McCaughrain/Campbell- COMPLETED

I understand that James Davison McCaughrain married Mary Ann (Minnie) Campbell in 1899.  They were likely married in Carnmoney Parish Church, Hydepark Presbyterian Church or the Belfast Registry Office.
I would be pleased if someone could give me any more detail or where to look next as I have checked with both churches but cannot find any entry of the marriage.

Super - thank you so much - I have been looking for this record for ages but never though of this spelling of the surname or a Belfast Church.
