My Isabella is Isabella Russell who married Philip Hildreth - your Margaret's brother.  I have quite a bit of rough information on the HIldreth's mainly from Berwick archives and other sources, if you need to contact me off list I shall be happy to share it with you.
I have not looked at this section of my tree for ages so maybe I'll start again.
