Jane & Walter Barwick were children of George Barwick and Ann Mills.

Minnie Barwick is a new one to us so don't know her parentage.

Haven't worked out any connections for the 3 Mills burials yet.

Minnie was the illegit. daughter of Julia Barwick. Minnie was baptised 25 Sep 1880, Grove.

Julia Barwick( born 28 Aug 1859) - baptised 16 Oct 1859, Grove daughter of George and Ann, Labourer.

Thanks - that clears that one up.  We knew of Julia from the censuses.  At the age of 12 [1871 census] she was a nursemaid in Grove to the Stevenson family.  In 1881 she was a servant in Oxford then returned to Grove where she married Arthur Hitchcock in Wantage 1883 and had 8 children [1901 census] by him between 1885 and 1900.

My wife is descended from Julia's brother George, b circa 1844 Grove and died circa 1898 Grove or Reading.  He's a bit of a mystery as we can't find his birth on the BMD index, or any marriage to Emily Withers [born 30 Jan 1855 Reading, got cert] circa 1877 when their child Harry or Henry was born in Reading! Found him on 1851 Grove, 71, 81 and 91 Reading censuses.
