Trying to find a birth/christening record of Ann Jane Keeling Verrier born about 1823 in Deal, Kent.
Father possibly was John and mother was Jane.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Thanks

On this website she is listed as the daughter of John Verrier and Jane Keeling

Thank you very much !
I did find that site (because of the unusual name).
But he lists her as dying in 1853...
I think that it is her, i just needed a little more proof from a parish record.

Thanks again for the effort !

I would suspect that she's probably the one listed as "John" Jane Keeling VERRIER baptised 16 Feb 1823 Deal the dau of John and Jane on the IGI http://www.familysearch.org

Unfortunately the batch number (I005163) doesn't state whether it is the parish church of St Leonard or St George.

Thanks but that was her brother !!

According to somebody else unbelievable research.....

John Jane Keeling VERRIER (1818 Deal Christening: 16th February 1823 Deal, Kent died 1893) *

William Edward VERRIER 1821 - 1925

Ann Jane Keeling VERRIER 1823 -1856

Charles Keeling VERRIER (born 19th June 1825 in Calais France -1867)

If you check the page out you know what i mean, this person's research is so big that i'm sure that there MUST be mistakes..

I was hoping for somebody with access to the parish records could find out for sure.

Thanks very much anyway...

If you do a search of the IGI http://www.familysearch.org and just enter names of parents ie. John VERRIER and Jane, you will see that John was baptised in Deal 1818 (when he was supposedly born) according to the census etc. hence my suggestion that the entry for John Jane Keeling VERRIER should actually read Ann J K VERRIER.  These are extracted entries from the parish registers so should be ok except for the mistranscription ;)

Re Ann Jane Keeling VERRIER b.1823 Deal, Kent, she is in my family tree, her brother (? twin) John Jane Keeling VERRIER b. same date 1823 is my g/g/g/father.  I live in Australia so have no access to documentation, John's son William Charles VERRIER emigrated to Australia in 1912 and was followed soon after by his wife Fanny and his 2 youngest daughters, one of whom was my grandmother.

Ann Jane Keeling Halliwell was married to my Great-Great Grandfather Job Halliwell.
I believe that he died in 1861 and she died shortly after in 1863.
Feel free to check out my family tree.

Would love to check out your family tree, pardon my ignorance, but just discovered Rootschat, embarrassed to admit, as have been researching for a few years now.  How do I access your tree?  Are you an Aussie too?
