looking for death certs of Elizabeth Catherine Hardie Gray who was married to Andrew Gray and had a son to her first husband alexander kirkpatrick . They were all born in Scotland and emigrated to Canada in 1913.

Do you know where in Canada they headed? There are no national indexes, so it would help to know that (particularly as the names are not all that unusual). Also their ages in 1913 - would either the husband, Andrew, or the son from the first marriage have been of an age to fight in WWI?

For that matter, a lot of those going to Canadian ports then headed over the border to the US, so we really need to have the destination details.

Andrew Gray (33), Elizabeth Gray (33) and Alex Kilpatrick (6) arrived in Saint John, New Brunswick on 14 Apr 1913 aboard the Letitia. The passenger list indicates they were going to Toronto.

If the family stayed in Ontario, then death registrations are only available up to 1936. Anything after that is protected by privacy laws.

Very old thread - Ontario deaths does have an entry which you may or may not have found.

Elizabeth Gray - 12 February 18880 - 2 April 1945 York Toronto Ontario.   (aged 65 years) Cancer of the stomach. Atherosclerosis - heart disease.
Spouse and informant Andrew Gray. 531 Keele Street. Toronto.  Burial 6 th April Prospect Cemetery. Toronto.

The couple with three children appear on the 1921 census (on ancestry under Gron) Temiskaming. Ontario.

Could this be the son who immigrated with Andrew and Elizabeth - Alexander Kirkpatrick born 1907 Scotland married 28 June 1928 York Ontario to Hilda Brown Gray.
Father Alexander Kirkpatrick - Mother Elizabeth Finglaind.
