 I am putting up the names of the parents of Joseph senior...( Ellen Isabella Haskins and Albert Lugo ) who moved to Pennsylvania, where Joseph was born... then back to U.K. then Joseph married, had three children, Norah, Ivy and Joseph jr...then they moved back to U.S....had children Ellen & Ester M then on to Guelph Wellington Ontario Canada.
That way if someone searches for the ancestors, they will find you...

I found a site with them on it, and only sibling Edward Albert mentioned on page...so might a descendant of his if you want to contact, but no help furthering your other information, too bad...
