Yup, consistant. he was 41 in 1911.
Witnesses were Edith Winborn(e), his wife Mary's sister and Herbert John Ball, no idea who he was!

try posting a request for Baptism / Christening of Tuppens in Brighton in that timeframe ..... James Alfred or reversed ..... (IGI doesnt have it)
