Haydock Family - Belfast

Researching the Haydock (Haddock) Family of County Tyrone, later moving to Belfast. William James Haydock married Martha Baxter, and they were the parents of several children, including Thomas, Susan, Jane, Samuel, Richard, and Elizabeth.

This post mentions Co. Tyrone but previous one says Elizabeth Haddock born Co. Tamlaght, Co. Londonderry- can you clarify locations please.

Pedigree Resourse File has 3 entries for Elizabeth giving birthdate as 1863 and mother Martha Baxter born 10 Apr.1825 English Parrish Armagh but 2 entries list Elizabeth as married in 1872 when she was 9 years old so not very reliable.

William James Haydock married Martha Bagster (sic) in Kildress C of I, Cookstown, Tyrone 7 Apr 1846

Tamlaght Parish spans the Londonderry/Tyrone county boundary at Coagh so these as probably not two different locations - i.e you could be born in "Coagh, Co Tyrone" - which is the main settlement in the parish of Tamlaght - but actually live in Co Londonderry in the same parish.

It looks like Elizabeth was born near the townland of Urbal, Parish of Tamlaght, in County Tyrone.

My gg gran father Thomas Haydock was born 1847 in Lowertown Bernagh Co.Tyrone.His Wife
was a Margaret of Co.Down.they moved to Belfast, and had A family Off Crumlin Road ) .
i trying to find Thomas Father Mother and Brothers and sisters.
