Sorlie/Sorley names in Perthshire.

Our James Gowans married Isabella Sorley in 1790- children were Margaret, James, John, Elizabeth, Christian b 1802, Mary b 1806.
They lived in Pomarium in Perth when the children were born.  Cannot find many Sorley/Sorlie names.  On their marriage Isabella's father was Peter Soreley a Day Labourer.
Does anyone else have this name in their family tree.?  Annie

Do not have Sorlie name in my family tree but did see one while looking for my relations in Dunblane Perthshire. I was looking at Sharp and Drummond in OPR 1800's and one was married to a Sorlie if that helps you.

Thanks Shyann, but I guess I am looking for families.  Isabella came from Methven, I think, but maybe because the name Sorlie is spelt so many different ways it has also been difficult to find them.    They certainly could have come from elswhere but on Scotlandspeople not finding much either.  Thank you for your reply, Annie
