Bryan Family West Derby

Could anyone help or point me in the right direction please ? I am trying to find my Mothers family both past and present. My mother was Brenda Doris Bryan. In 1956 she married Richard Jesse Bennett born Salford Lancs 1929. Mother died in 1966 in Blackpool and all contact with her family was lost. I have her birth cerfificate. Her mother is listed as Mary Catherine Edwards and father as Joseph Harold Bryan. The address of my mothers birth in 1931 and that of her parents was 5 Deansburn Rd Tuebrook Liverpool.

As the only info I have is after 1911 I do not have a clue in which direction to go. Would electoral registers help? If so where could I possibly access them?
