Hi, I am trying to find the marriage of this man alos his death date. I have used BMD but had no luck. I know he was married to Anne born in 1793. Can anyone help.

BMD wont give your their marriage, since those records didn't start until 1837

In 1851 they are still in Propsect Place, Wokingham.

In 1861 George is a widower;

This is probably Anne's death reg:

Q3. 1858  Wokingham  Vol. 2c.  Pg. 207

There is no other Ann Spratley death in Wokingham between 1851 and 1861.

I can't see George in 1871, so this is probably his death reg:

Q3. 1861 Wokingham  Vol. 2c  Pg. 213

Again, there is no other George Spratley death in Wokingham 1861 - 1871.

Vicwinann  -  since we don't know what you found, no way of knowing whether these dates tie up with your possible burial finds

The information on the burials that I sent you privately are from the Berkshire FHS Burial Index version 6 Wokingham which is copyrighted to the FHS.  They match the 1858 ad 1861 death refs that someone else sent you.
