Death Certs have their problems, but sometimes they can be fantastic.

My problem has a happy ending. I found Ann BOWDEN, as an Aunt in the 1881 Census. I followed her niece back to the 1841 Census, when she was aged 1. The niece was in the same household as her mother (a new find) and her grandmother. From there I found the grandmother in the 1851 Census.

So I found the mother & where she was born, what I was originally after.
