My annual UK expires July 5, 2009.  I've had the equivalent of uK Premium up to now.  According to the blurb that is supposed to last until the expiry date before the upgrade kicks in.  Perhaps it is just a glitch or a new policy to get people to upgrade earlier...... >:(

It must be as I too have been able to access other records that are for Premium customers. What confused me though was the screen said to subscribe to any membership to be able to view this record.

I expect it will be part of the basic sub - and that they'll try to get this out soon as an answer to findmypast's 1911 census

You bet your life they will !  In the long run it's more useful than the 1911 census.

I'm wondering if Ancestry are still setting up the access rights to the new sections ?   I have the full World Membership, and I can see the new databases listed at the bottom of the home page.  They haven't formally announced the new databases yet.

RIP 1949-10th January 2013

Best Wishes,  Nick.

well... Ancestry have added the following database titles on new title section the home page

#  London, England, Poor Law Records, 1840-1938
# London, England, Births and Baptisms, 1834-1906
# London, England, Deaths and Burials, 1834-1934

but doesn't seem to be searchable yet...

The ones I looked at were searchable.  But some of us can't access the records and some have had no problems ::)

HI

I've not many ancestors from London - some married in London though living in surrey.
Also one from Bucks who married a man from Berks while living in England.

However I take the view that some of those dead ends could come from London

Bob

p.s. the new batch are all far to new to be any use to me

So frustrated that I couldn't access the records that I didn't read properly.   I've just realized that all the records they have published so far are from the Board of Guardian Poor Law records NOT from the Parish Records.
