I have transcribed this as I saw it. Do is the same as the enumerator did and it only occured once after the first name. Whether they are all Panks Barlow or just Panks is up to you.
The 3mts old gson was just Panks and I presume he is John and Marthas grandson.
As for Robert I presume he should either be 18 not 81 (It clearly says 81) or he is Jane Panks brother.
