I have the marriage cert for Martha O'Neil and Patrick Kerr. Her parents are listed as Arthur and Annie Burns. His parents are listed as John and Bridget McGlinchey??

Are you sure that "McGlinchey" doesn't just refer to Bridget Kerr's maiden name.

Yes, its Bridget Kerr's Maiden name. Thats how I have been listing all my certs. I dont bother writing the ladies married name as its sort of a given
