Last working Horse & cart milk round

I wonder please if anyone has the time, if this poor quality photograph could be improved at all.

I posted a request many moons ago for any possible picture of this horse drawn milk cart that use to deliver to my Grandparents house when I was a child in Walkden Lancashire.

Well to my amazement I have been sent this copy by an ex employee of the company the only one surviving we believe.

Please if possible a brush up & restoration if at all possible
