Has there been any time frame as to when the 1911 census for Scotland could be released?

From the Scotlands People website

"In line with the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, the 1911 census will be available in Spring 2011, once the 100-year closure period has elapsed".

Because of the 100 year disclosure it won't be released until 2011/12 at the earliest.
