Date Please
« on: Saturday 28 March 09 17:06 GMT (UK) »
This photo was in my gran's collection.
Lower School Street is in Low Moor Bradford.
The gentleman in the work coat may be the landlord of the pub or perhaps a dray man, given a time frame I will be able to look at the Burgess rolls and try to find his name.
Does anyone know what the leather strap is that hangs down on his leg ?

Thanks
Dave

Thanks Jim
We once had sandstone flags for pavements around these parts It was easy to come by in the 50's and earlier, now they even go up on the roofs to steal the stone tiles.
Barber ? maybe, I never thought of that, the only one of those we had in the family looked more like Benny Hill  :D
