Ebenezer Hume is the only parent showing for Robert. Have you checked out if Robert died after Jan 1855 - if so his parents' names should be on his death cert.

It's a while since i looked at this family so I'm a bit rusty  :-\

It might be worth starting a new 'thread' for the other lines rather than tagging it on to this one. Otherwise, it might get confusing.

To do this go to :

http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php/board,101.0.html

Click on New Topic on the right hand side and type in your request and a Subject heading - this should include names and dates if possible.

Hi Bethsdragon.

My name is Ryan Kemp.

I also am related to John Law Hume. My Grandma (still alive) is Anne Hume, her husband (deceased) is blood relative of John Law Hume

I saw your post and thought you might like some new info for the Hume family in the 1900s to 2000s

I can be emailed on (*) if you wish to discuss and I can give more info

Thanks

Ryan.
They deleted the email so I have no way to contact you. I am interested in getting in touch with you.
Right now I am focusing on my maternal grandparents from Scotland. Thomas Pearson (Kircudbright) and Helen 'Nellie' Hume. 1880's birth.
I have some pictures that I would love to post as soon as I figure out how!
