Can anyone decipher this name?

That letter is the dodgy one - but outweighed by the letter before being a 'k' (as in the k in Blacksmith' and, to me anyway, the first letter being an 'H') , in fact the first few letters being Hawk....  most looks like Hawkser/Hawkson/Hawksin  I suppose...

I downloaded the cert, enlarged it  and had a good look at all the handwriting on the page.

All other Hs have a very elaborate loop at the end of the letter. I agree with Redroger and Gadget on this one.
