HI
Census help please.
Trying to find  JAMES EDMUNDSON.  He was born in 1799 in either Aberdeen or Newburn

His father was a soldier and moved around when he was born then the family went to Lancashire and he stayed behind. His brothers worked in the glass industry and his family had shops later on if this helps.
Thanks Gill

Heres what I know,

James was born 1799 his parents James and Elizabeth where married a few months later in Aberdeen (he was a soldier) then James junior was bap along with brother William in Newburn in 1804, the family is also associated with Keestle Durham and Norham where Elizabeth came from.

I think James would have been married  by 1841 as he is in his forties and one possible
marriage I found was to an Ann Robson in Newburn in 1821 although I dont have proof yet.
