Electoral role?

Hi all,
would anyone be able to tell me who was living at 10, Victoria Street, Caerau, Maesteg, Bridgend in late 1921 and early 1922, i am trying to find details of my gt grandparents, and this is the address on my grandfathers birth cert, all have since passed away.

Try contacting the library in Brigend and see if they can look up either the electoral rolls or residents directory.
