By  browsing  the on line BDM's link  as Cando  has provided, it would appear  that his  parents possibly   are Charles E Guy  and Isabella.  There is no  sign of a marriage  in NSW or Victoria for  this  couple  though.

You  may have  to  purchase a certificate  or two  in  this case  to get further information.

NSW  has transcription agents which are a lot quicker  than  the department and are cheaper as well.

I have checked for a marriage  in England but at  this point have found nothing.  It  is  possible  that  this couple came from Scotland  so maybe  post a request on  the Scotland board.

You can purchase and download  the  marriage certificate in Victoria  which  will give  you  their parents names  but  that seems to be easily established from  the NSW online BDM's

Grosvenor's father's - Frederick H - parents Charles E and Isabella  Frederick H death 1899

14692/1885     Charles E died in Tumut. Father as Charles, but no mother.

Charles E Guy father of Frederick H Guy  and his wife Isabella
have three children  born on in NSW by  the BDM's all of which are unamed

three males born 1858, 1860, 1871 at TUMUT.
so one of  these may be Frederick but  then  he  could have been  born  overseas or elswhere in Australia.  So  far I  have checked Victoria

There is an obituary on  this site for Fred H Guy  but doesn't reveal much,
