 Pete,

The small print which I did not reproduce explains that it is occupation of property of that value, that gets the qualification.

Anyway, and fortunately for me ( cos Electoral Registers are not easy, not been transcribed onto fiche or film) the North Seaton voters were in surname
alpha order, in wards. Earlier ERs are in address order.

At Woodhorn today, I chose 1913, intending to do 1914 next if I had the time.
ERs are in archives room, so I had to choose correct ref number, then requisation it... after a wee wait the "book" was brought to me. It was nearly a foot thick.  Although I regularly look at Newcastle ERs in Newcastle Library, the "Wansbeck" were different format.. and surprised to see my home area- Blyth/Cowpen also " under" Wansbeck- then I had to puzzle out the differences between Parliamentary and Local elections..
I didn't have the time or energy to tackle 1914 today.. phew !

I have some great news I found a death Certificate for Robert Wilson in Wyoming, USA and I ordered it and it came today!! And its him,  it's looks like he was born in 1885 and I think it say December 13, its hard to read.  On the birth place it just says England.  On the mothers and dads names it say's don't know.  Now I know the year and month born.  Thanks everybody for helping me!!!
