I should imagine they have it, together with the rest of the country in the National Archives in London.
Census Information is Crown Copyright, from The National Archives
Lunt (Wavertree/West Derby), Forshaw (West Derby), Richardson (Knowsley), Kent (Cheshire),
Cain (Hertfordshire, London), Larkins (Bedfordshire, London), Nunn (London), Lenton, Hillyard (Bedfordshire),
Parle, Lambert, Furlong, Wafer (Wexford)
Special separate interest in Longford (Blackrock, Dublin)

The Channel Islands are not available just yet, not even at TNA.

The order of scanning is given on the blog, page 3:

although all English counties have now been completed and loaded. I'm afraid the Channel Islands won't be done until after Wales. :( but they say 'summer 2009.'
