I think "1952".

I can't find an example right now but I seem to remember that a "2" is often written with a tiny down-reaching serif on its foot. If you exaggerate that in the same way that the vertical of the "9" is angled and stretched it all makes sense.

Could I still ask about the addresses please? It would make sense to be "St" Martin's Hospital even though I can't quite get the letters to match. As for informant address, Something Park, I'm lost. Thanks again.
