If you look on http://search.labs.familysearch.org they have the Irish registration indexes from 1845 listing births, marriages and deaths. I had a look for Elizabeth Barry and found several pages for Cork.
Would you know where in Cork they were from? If so you could narrow the lists down and pick out your ancestor.

Also the 1911 census for Cork is due online sometime this year  (national archives .ie)  You could search the census for any family who remained in Ireland.  Try using common names in the family to search.

Also you could try http://ifhf.brsgenealogy.com. It has birth, marriage and death records for North Cork. It has 37 Elizabeth Barrys listed so I cannot know which one is yours but if you knew of any siblings you could try those names. To look and see if it your relation is 5 euro a record which is expensive but if you were sure then you could have a look. i wouldn`t look unless you were sure though.

Good luck

It's not quite that easy-

"Compulsory civil registration of non-Roman Catholic marriages began on April 1st, 1845. The registration of births, deaths and all marriages commenced on January 1st, 1864. "

Don't cry because its over. Smile because it happened.

Foley and Barry are very common Irish surnames and it would be impossible to know if any in 1911 census were connected to John Foley and Elizabeth Barry without a great deal more information.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!
