Looking for information on Thomas Dixon married Ann Dinwiddie, moved to America in early 1700's. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

He's my ancestor; I have gen records going forward and back. Briefly, his parents were John Dixon (1679-1741) and Jane (or Janet) Kennedy (1683-1740). John's parents were Robert Dickson (1635-1677) and Priscilla Kennedy (1634-1700). Robert's parents were David Dickson (dob unk) and Margaret Roberson (1600-1624). Priscilla's parent's were Hugh Kennedy (1620-1685) and Mary Upton (1620-1687). Hugh's parents were Gilbert Kennedy (1593-1627) and Isabel Campbell (1603-1663). Gilbert's parents were Laird of Drumurchie Kennedy Gilbert and Janet Stewart.

The only info I have about Ann Dinwiddie is her birthdate, 1706-1797.

I've done some checking and the record appears to be accurate, but there is an almost infinite amount of info out there, some of it very confusing.
