marriage cert which office?

Hi i want to apply for the marriage cert of Thomas Forsyth to Louisa Allen in 1881. I have found their marriage on freebmd it says Derby. I have always applied to the register offices direct  online for my certs as i find this quicker than GRO but can't seem to find a web site to order this one can anyone help me out Thank you.
