Just wanted to thank the people who were helping me with this. I decided to back into my answer, so I researched Theotiste and her children down. There are so many connections to Norbert's life I believe I can make the educated assumption that the Gilbert baptised in 1831 to Francois & Theotiste is in fact my Norbert. I found their son, baptised Francois, lived most of his life as Pierre, and migrated to one town over from Norbert. Also saw Norbert as a godparent of one of his children. Thier son Jean Bte, who's baptism I found, had a daughter who lived with Norbert. I will miss those Drouin records !!!
