Hi just checked the Derry journal for Dec 1916  and sorry but no mention of Patrick Campbell's death

Thanks BF & Mary Derry for that.  Sorry there wasnt any thing in the Derry Journal but I will try Derry City Council Offices.  They should have some records.  Mary thanks for the link to Longtower parish.  it really is a lovely church.

i have looked up a book of streets for derry no mention of ferrys row.

It's possible that "Ferrys Row" is not the name of a street but a row of houses.
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

I have received Alderman Patrick campbells death certificate.
He died on the 14th December 1915 not 1916.

If some kind person is going to the Newspaper library could they look up his obituary for me.  It would really be appreciated.
