I must admit it is the first i have heard of him.
The web site address was in the back of "A Victorian Lady's Diary 1838 - 1842" written by Elizabeth Nutt Harwood of Beeston, which has just been published.
A very interesting read for people with ancestors in Beeston.
If anybody would like a copy sent to the them let me know, It costs £6.
