To answer the questions...

The above pic is an original WW1 pic in my collection...Actually you can just see the repeated right copy...for my stereoscope! Pse do what you will on the restoration board!

A Scrimnet is the camouflage net with dangly bits on under which soldiers hide...The dangly bits are the "scrim" the "net "is...the net!

There are some interesting looking bits and bobs on the table there - and a lovely SRD Jug if I am not mistaken ;D ;D
