Mcpherson's of St Thomas

Looking for any info on the Mcpherson family of St Thomas Jamaica.

Doing family tree for a friend.

She has her grandparents Calvin Mcpherson m Ivy May Bailey- gt grandparents Granville Mcpherson m Isinda Davis born abt 1907 (think thats how its spelt!)

Other than that thats all the info she has given me.

I have howeve,r gone onto the Family search site and found some Mcpherson's for her from the 1730's-1770's all hailing from St Thomas. We presume that the John and William Mcpherson are Sugar Cane Traders.

Any info on the family would be great.
